We got Kirsten to express herself more by teaching her how to read. That really might help Andy too, and he is old enough. You could use the Glenn Doman or the snowball book.
What I meant to say is that being able to read helped her to talk more.
At this point I'd say he's almost reading more than he's talking. It's kind of funny.
