I was getting some annoying spam, so I turned on comment moderation. I must have messed up something in the settings, because I just discovered a backlog of comments awaiting moderation. Sorry about that!
I figured as much. I wasn't taking it personally :-)
PS My blog (which I host on my own site rather than using a blogging site) allows me to use a thing called Akismet which has been capturing and getting rid of most of the spam that I was getting. Not sure if you can do it with your blog mechanism (I don't know much about these things when it comes right down to it!)
